The semi-automatic piston fillers are designed for filling of liquid and viscous products. All parts in contact with the product as well as the support frame are made of stainless materials. The D-1000 can be supplied with dosing volumes up to 1000 cc per stroke.

Each filling is as standard initiated either by foot or by two hand safety push buttons.

The D-1000 can be supplied with multiple dosing cylinders/ dosing heads, for filling of a number of units at the same time.

The D-1000 can be supplied as an individual unit with a lamella type conveyor for the cups/ buckets and with automatic positioning under the filling heads.

Individual customer designed lid dispenser-,foil from reel dispenser-, heat sealing- or cover lid dispenser stations can be delivered together with the D-1000, or be applied at a later stage.
