The PRIMA filling and sealing machines are constructed for filling of liquid and semi-liquid products. All parts in contact with the products as well as support frame are made of stainless materials. The machines will fill and seal ready made cups or bottles.
The PRIMA filling and sealing machine can be supplied with cassettes in the turntable, enabling production of different cup sizes in the same machine.
For filling of bottles, the PRIMA filling and sealing machine can be supplied with in - and outfeed conveyors and a star wheel instead of a turntable.
The actual filling device for liquid products without particles is equipped with a multi-nozzle filler or a filler with a centrally located outlet provided with a stainless steel strainer. The product and the shape of the cup will determine, which execution is the most suitable.
For semi-liquid products or products containing particles, a filling spout / clipping device is available.
A special kit is available for substituting the standard type filler with a flow filler for filling of ice-cream in cups. The standard PLC program of the filler permits this alteration.
The functions of the machine are controlled by a Siemens S7 PLC. Built-in securities are: No cup/No fill -No lid/No sealing/No date coding, No lid/No press-on.
The machine stops automatically in case of an empty cup or lid magazine or too high or too low sealing temperatures.
The sealing temperature, sealing time, and the speed of the machine are controlled from the Lauer control panel, which is also provided with a digital screen for operation data as well as fault indications. |
