The ROT-O-MIN is designed for filling of liquid and semi-liquid products. All parts in contact with the products as well as support frame are made from stainless materials.

Depending upon the capacity desired and the size and shape of the containers to be filled, the ROT-O-MIN machines are available in 1 - 5 row versions.

Machines operating with stackable cups are provided with automatic cup dispensers. For bottles, jars and unstackable cups, the ROT-O-MIN can be supplied with a starwheel and infeed / outfeed conveyors.

For machines built for several cup sizes, the turn-tables are supplied with changeable cassettes for the various sizes.

The Main electrical parts are mounted in a stainless steel cabinet attached to the machine. Operation of the machine is controlled via a Siemens S7 PLC and a touch screen control panel with a display showing all relevant data.

The machine is equipped with a dosing device for accurate dosing of liquid and semi-liquid products. Adjustment of the filling volume takes place from the touch screen panel.
